What is Online Building Permit Application?

A One-Time "Unified Application" for Building Permit that combines all the requirements of the City Planning and Development Office (CPDO), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) & Department of Building Officials (DBO).

What are the benefits of using OBPA?
  1. You don't have to personally apply in the different agencies so you can save time, money and effort in securing a Building Permit.
  2. All of the documents or requirements of the Agencies concerned is already listed here for the One-time submission of requirements.
  3. It has an e-mailing feature that will send you a message and claim your Clearance/ Permit/ Certificate in their Office or deliver it to you by Courier Service.
  4. You can inquire about the status of your application thru the Customer Service Representative.
  5. You may save what you have finished and go back to your application the next time you login.

The Documents should be in pdf format but your digital signature can be in any image format.
Successfully completed online application will be subject for validation to verify the authenticity of the attached documents. An email containing the Application Number will be sent to your account, use said number to check your permit application status.
You will be sent an email by the Agencies to go to the City Hall/Treasurer’s Office to pay for the processing/releasing of your Clearance/Permit/Certificate.
After the Payment you will go to the Releasing Office to get your Zoning Permit, Locational Clearance, Building Permit or we may send it thru Courier Service.
Once you have completely submitted all the requirements, you will receive an email with your Claim Stub attached.
